Service Description

Every mold inspection includes an outdoor air sample for control purposes and a sample taken from any area of concern. Two samples are included in pass price, additional samples can be taken for a small additional fee. All samples are overnighted to a 3rd party for analysis, mold determination, identification and classification. A full report is typically available within three days.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule, please call within 24 hours of your appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time will incur a $150 fee.
